1. Basic HR Screening - Go over the resume, tell me about a time you used data, why capital one, salary expectations
2. Round 1 - Mini Case Study - Venture Card Partnerships case. What would you consider when partnering with companies, calculate total profits based on costs and pricing given, then calculate adjusted profits with new costs introduced then talk about creative strategies to promote/reach this customer base. Talk about downsides of the ideas.
Next would have been power day.
Suggestion: Pen down your calculations clearly and try to create liner equations that can be solved for the value of x. These can be modified based on new information given
Preparation: Cases asked are similar to the material they provide and the you tube videos.
Recruiter Call, Mini Case and then a power day with 2 case studies and 1 product case study. Process was overall smooth. Appropriate documents and resources were provided to prep for the interview.

First, Screening call: the HR simply walked you thru the interview process and schedule the next round of interview - mini-case. I haven't done the mini case yet. Mini case, just search online for potential cases and prepare for it.
