I typically don't post interview experiences, but I had to share this one... Firstly, the recruiter call was amazing. Absolutely loved him! The hiring manager call-- TERRIBLE. To the other reviews here that say the hiring manager sounds absolutely disinterested-- that was my exact experience. His tone was very condescending. He asked ridiculous questions about whether I was Jira certified. Are you looking for a Scrum master or product manager, sir?

Do you have Jira certifications? Walk me through your background. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
The interview process consisted of 1 phone interview, 1 interview with a person at capital one, and 3- 4 hours of interviews for case review. The super day interviews were 2 cases with math and 2 more behavioral/walk me through your experience interviews.

Tell me about a time where you had to take the lead on a project as an associate PM.
Almost a 3 month process. I wouldn't recommend continuing to Power Day unless you're ready for the time investment it will take to prepare. Also keep in mind they put a lot of weight towards the quant questions

first interview is with hiring manager - easy 30 min intro. Then a product case 1 hr interview for round 2. Then a power day 4 hr interview with 4 people for round 3.
