Two phases- the first one was an hour-long case study and the power day was three-hour-long case studies and a behavioral interview. The interviews ranged from situations that are day-to-day to complex financial cases

First, I completed a one way interview conducted through HireVue, where I recorded responses to preset questions, and then I proceeded to an actual interview with a recruiter, which allowed for a more interactive conversation about my experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
