1st round was a call with the recruiter who called and asked to schedule an interview the same day. After the recruiter call there was a super day with 5 interviews, 30 mins each. Mostly focused on behavioral questions. After that, the recruiter was not communicative at all. Had to reach out to her every week to ask for an update. After a month I asked for another update, she didn’t respond for 3 days and then I was sent a automated decline email. It was a very poor experience with the recruiter who did not even have the courtesy to personally let me know they chose someone else after having been talking to her for a whole month! I withdrew the rest of my applications from the company as during this process you can tell the recruiter did not care about the candidates at all.
