Capital One has a very structured interview process that includes a tough testing/assessment process. I had two phone interviews and a ftf interview at the McLean headquarters, which is about 150 miles from the work location. The ftf interview was supposed to include a case study, but after I booked my travel, they told me there was no one available to facilitate the case study. I had to interview with several people and I thought it went well, but I was very disappointed when I did not receive an offer.
