Had a positive experience with the recruiting process - applied online/through university portal and interviewed on campus (1 case interview), then got selected to interview at a Power Day at Capital One office (3 interviews in one day and lunch/tour). All of the interviewers are open to answering any questions you may have and approachable, and the recruiter was super helpful in answering questions about logistics.

Applied online and received a request for a case interview 45 and didnt move to power day. It was too difficult not sure why i didnt move on didnt receive much feedback.

Overall pretty standard case interview (first round) and then a combination of case and behavioral for the super day. The super day was 3 total interviews (each one hour) with 3 different people

It was a case study that i believe i bombed and would recommend a lot of practice beforehand. Just really understanding consulting cases and be familiar with issues in the financial services industry like how credit cards work.
