Capital One reached out to me prior to Grace Hopper and they scheduled me for an on-site interview! They sent me information on how to prepare for it and were also very communicative about the process. Everyone was really friendly, including my interviewers and they made me feel very comfortable. I ended up not getting an offer, but they called me shortly after to let me know about that, so I really appreciated the turnaround time, it made me feel respected!
