First step was an assessment which was really challenging. Then there was a phone interview with a recruiter. After that you had an onsite panel interview that was about 3 hours long interviewing with three different people. It was behavioral based and there was a case study.

Interest in me was lost as soon as the interview began, before i even spoke. I felt like the interviewer was trying to get me off the call as soon as possible. 30 minute interview was over in 10
Initial conversation was with recruiter on the phone, multiple rounds with management via zoom (all one-on-one) followed by a conversation with three people. Process was long (over a few months) and it was a new role so a lot of the conversation was about what they envisioned the role to be

multiple stages, very detailed, nerve wracking. It was very long and scary and uncomfortable. I felt like I was being interrogated. Not for the weak. Poor quality. Brace yourself. Work somewhere else.
