I applied online via Zip Recruiter. I was contacted an hour later to come to the office for an interview. The morning of the interview I was sent an email from the HR Director to confirm my attendance. Once I got to the office, I sat in the lobby with 5 other interviewees. The interview was very basic and lasted 10 minutes. The Interviewer said that If they were going forward with me, then they would give me a call around 5-6pm the same day. I was given a call for a 2nd interview. When I got to the office for me second interview, I was sitting with 7 other people in the lobby who I assumed were going for the same position. Each one of us were taken to a coffee shop with various Sales Reps so that they could tell us more about the company/position. It was not until we started talking further that I realized that this position was not HR/Recruiting related. It was door-to-door sales which I did not have any interest in. This company is a scam. They do not fully explain in detail the position on Zip Recruiter. They will also not explain that the position is a door to door sales position on Zip Recruiter either.
