I applied through a temp agency. There was a rep who went with me to the interview. I sat with 3 people and aced the interview. There were 2 properties available for me to be a manager at and one was part-time the other was full-time. I opted for the part-time property. Before I could even go to the property, CGP said that it wasn't available anymore and there was a different one I could look at. I met with the current manager, did a walk-through and felt it was a perfect fit. I told my rep let's get an offer letter drafted. After a week passed and not hearing anything, I reached out to the rep to see what the delay was. CGP then decided that instead of the property I wanted to work at, I should consider another property that was available and be an event planner for a senior citizen property. I immediately told the rep that I wanted to decline from accepting anything due to the bait and switch nature of the process, lack of communication and not knowing what they want. That is not how I do business, so I spoke up and said no.
