Couple of calls with recruiters first. Then a call with HR at Capital Group. - informal and getting to know you. Then an Assessment Centre. Very heavy on interviews and competencies. 3 x 30 minute interviews with 6 different people within 2 hours, group interview and case study. Group Interview was really fun process. Case Study was good too. Be good at skimming information and picking out relevant facts. Think of a lot of different examples for competencies, I was asked around 25-30 roughly.
