Went through an initial greenjob (webcam) interview then got invited for a full day interview with free lunch, tour of the facility, and three consecutive one hour interview. (There was also a meet and greet dinner the day before where you get to meet some of the current associates, managers, as well as other prospective interviewee.) The people I've met were all super friendly and seems to really enjoy all that the company had to offer.
