Single interview. Very relaxed process. The odd challenging question but clearly it was about whether or not you would fit into the culture and also for you to see if Capita is right for you. Focus was on how I dealt with certain issues to figure out mgmt style and if I was an open type of person. Felt very welcomed in the whole process.
