Approached by headhunter re opportunity. Interview was more about them trying to impress me than getting info from me. I found it difficult to get straight answers to what I considered straight questions. They advised headhunter the same day they wanted to take me to final stage process. I declined as had not liked the experience to date and couldn't see if improving.

Very detailed questions were asked on finance and education and past employer, nature of work
Interview was average but one of the panelist seemed rude in the second round.Left very little time to ask questions. One panelist looked at the CV and made a calculation error in asking the question and didn't realize depsite the prod Even the first round - while I cleared it - the interviewer seemed to be questioning a lot why I would work for them to the point of mocking.

why capita, how did you handle a difficult situation etc.
Phone interview, followed by 3 video interviews and then a case study. Case study was used to show the skills required for the job. Phone interview was conducted with recruiter to start, then a video interview with hire managing, video interview with transformation director and then a final interview with hiring manager
