3 stages, Video interview, design task and group task. Design task is a video call with a senior designer to explain your design, usually a takeaway task regarding your design infleunces. Group task is witnessed by two members of team. Approximately 2 hours.

Digital Interview which records your answers by video to questions online.
Assessment Centre with other candidates including a case study assessment and a manager interview.
The manager was not the hiring manager and he had no experience in the area he was interviewing me for, so I didn't learn anything about the role.
HR was really bad with Comms.
