Standard process, starts with an online application, some online testing, an online video interview and assessment centre. The company however is VERY unorganised, and even though I applied in November, it took them 2 months to get back to me, just to send me the link to the video interview... that was in January. Four months later, I get an email saying they had too many applications and didn't manage to take a look at the interview. Very professional, Capgemini. The interview itself was very easy, and consisted of mostly basic questions such as 'why Capgemini?', so nothing unexpected.
