I was selected after client interview and HR also confirmed regarding package on phone. I waited for whole week for offer letter but no offer letter received even after selection and all the documents provided. Meanwhile I got other offer and put down my paper at current company and ask HR to share appropriate offer letter but HR directly told to join the other organisation and told that she will let me know if internal manager approves the offer letter before releasing it. Its just a shame that client is ready to hire but only for package they have rejected me (also when I had accepted as what they offered still they didn't release the offer letter). It has been 5-6 emails but no response.
