They are asking some technical part and SQL questions and unix and Linux related and some Scheduling tool are asked i replied good answers.

I have attended two rounds of interview, in both the interviews the asked me about technical point of view only there is no managerial round. And the completed the interview in 15min itself.

Overall interview process took 2 weeks.
Initially i got call from Capgemini asking looking for job change, they informed me they will contact me if my resume get shortlisted with client.
After 15 days or so i got call from them and schedule interview.
Interview consists of 3 round:
Client Technical Interview
Client Managerial interview
HR round by Capgemini.

Technical round was all about all technical questions tools and skill i was using and all the details in resume.
Managerial round was same and client manager explained me the process and asked bit technical questions.
HR round was only about salary discussion.
