Capgemini's first-round assessment consists of three parts. The first part focuses mainly on bitwise operator questions, along with multiple-choice questions on data structures, algorithms, and IT fundamentals. Candidates who pass this section move on to the second round, known as the Written English Test (WET). In this round, you are required to write an essay on a given topic within 25-30 minutes, ensuring that your writing is free from grammatical errors. The essay should be structured into three paragraphs: an introduction, a body, and a conclusion. The final round is a game-based aptitude test, which can be practiced online at Technical Hub.
