First step of Recruitment was Aptitude test, then mail will be sent if the candidate is selected or rejected, if the candidate is selected then next is the Interview round in which they basically ask questions related to coding i.e programming languages and then if this round is cleared then next is the HR round where basic behavioral questions will be asked, then the decision is taken. So be prepared with the information about the company and clarity with the programming language

The interview process was the last round of the selection process. recruitment started with communication test, followed by aptitutde and coding rounds of test. shortlisted candidates gave the virtual interviews.

The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
