Demonstration of Soft Skills: Interviews are a platform for candidates to showcase their soft skills such as interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and teamwork, which are often difficult to gauge from a resume alone. The final HR discussion covered compensation, benefits, notice period, and next steps in the hiring process. Overall, the process was structured, thorough, and transparent.
