Started with a written aptitude exam followed by automated voice response communication test. After clearing initial round next was technical 1:1 interview exam. After clearing it, HR rounds will be initiated starting from documents check to background check and offer letter will be generated once all the above processes are satisfied by HR.
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.
