3 rounds of technical and 1 round with HR. Horrible package discussion. Technically people are strong and asked very matured questions in the process of interviewing. HR round is the one with horrible package discussion . They will not have much budget as per market standards.

Interviewers were professional and focused on understanding both domain expertise and practical experience through real-life scenarios and project discussions. Each round lasted around 35–45 minutes. The final HR discussion covered compensation, benefits, notice period, and next steps in the hiring process. Overall, the process was structured, thorough, and transparent.

Entrevista
Interview process was smooth and feedback was shared on timely manner. Inverview was to the point and based on skill and role. I must accept that the Capgemini is one of the best company to work for.
