The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.
The process took about four weeks. It started with a standard recruiter screen, followed by a behavioral round that focused more on problem-solving and your thought process. The final stage was a technical round where I presented a project; be prepared to live demo and share your code.
