Two phone interviews on zoom - with two seperate evaluators in a siloed interview process. Each interview went for 1 hr. One was more structured with specific questions on how to deal with a situation. The next was a more of a general discussion focusing on my background.

My experience with Capgemini's interview process was very structured and candidate-friendly. The interviewers were polite and focused only on the skill sets mentioned in the job description.
The questions were mainly from my domain - QA, SQL, requirement understanding, and Agile methodology.
Most topics were standard and easily available for preparation online, so if you know your basics well, the process feels very smooth. Overall it felt more like a discussion about real project work rather than tricky questions.
