You will get a call from recruitment company, first call i had with Lead, second call with Engineers. Process is very easy depending on position and your qualification. Mine was 3 steps overall. Good luck

Generic rejection via email 4 weeks after second interview. Total time from application to rejection was 8 weeks. Kind of disrespectful to not even write an email an list reasons why.
