The interview was scheduled properly with regard to timings -properly planned, Interview happened at two levels, interview questions aligned with job requirements, and sufficient time was given to answer Technical and personal, understanding level and approach were great.

I had a smooth interview process, where I had a clear procedure, regular follow ups, timely updates from the recruiting team and ample guidance to the tasks that were assigned to me which lead the process effortless and smooth.

It was walk-in. There were 2 rounds of technical interview and final one was with the HR. The onboarding process including document submission, filling up online forms till offer release was also smooth. The HR SPOC was very supportive.

Process Matters, and Capgemini nailed it. The transition from the initial interview stages to full onboarding was handled with such professionalism and clarity. The interview process was very smooth and communication was proactive. it consist of three rounds. Technical,Managerial and HR discussion.
