Interview process was quick, extremely technical and also aggressive on negotiation. They will bring to the surface everything you don't know at the moment of negotiation. One thing I need to recognize is that they move quickly.

My interview process with Capgemini was overall manageable, but I feel the communication around compensation could be more transparent. Throughout the discussions, the CTC numbers kept changing frequently on calls and there was no written confirmation at any stage, which made it difficult to understand the actual offer structure. As an experienced candidate, clarity and consistency are really important, especially when someone has a counter-offer. However, the counter-offer was not considered at all and the discussion stayed strictly limited to their fixed budget, which was not aligned with the expectations they initially shared. I hope the process becomes more consistent and transparent for future candidates, especially regarding CTC, written confirmation, and handling counter-offers.
