Written round followed by technical discussion. After both the rounds I was asked to fill up a form giving the personal and current employer details and after one week I got a call from HR. I was asked to send few docs. All the formalities were done including document verification.
Got no call from HR for over one month. Then got a call from another HR to share the same details again and go through the document verification all over again. Did that, got no call.
It has been 2 months since then. Sincere advice: Don't go with this company, you deserve better :)

Interview process was good asked quite a good technical questions it was nice experience ,there were two technical rounds first round was little easy but second round was quite diffucult

it was a weekend drive in March 2017. reporting time was 10am, i reached at 9:30 am, huge crowd was there apprx 200 candidate. 2 hours took for security check.
Process started at 1pm. my turn came around 2pm cleared all rounds.
interview was easy.
filled all documents required for offer to release.
next week got mail from HR asking for required documents, i sent immediately .
You will not get any response from HR if you ask any doubt regarding documents.
after 1 week got salary breakup and i accepted. but didnt get offer letter for next 1 month.
SO i directly called to HR, she replied i need to give one more round of interview to get offer letter. Then i check with those candidates attended interview ate capgemini along with me.
they also got same reply from HR, they need to give one more round to get offer.
its been 2 months, i didnt get any offer letter from them. I joined other company with a very nice package and its been 1 month working here. Now these capgemini HR called me and asking if i can join there . i told them i have already joined somewhere and still she is asking me to leave from there and join at capgemini (without even increasing my offered package from capgemini)
am i getting die to join capgemini ?? there are many companies who is ready to pay what we deserve . then y i will join your company with this "Bheekh" .
