Being such a reputed organisation, they woud hire this kind of unprofessional (Selenium) drive coordinator was a big shocker. I had heard from my colleagues before about capgemini walk in drives which went pretty smooth for them. But on 23rd Nov, people entered at 9:30 am and waited just at the gate till 1 pm for gate pass. As the contact person had just randomly mailed people and never kept a list to provide to the gate security. This caused a huge delay and mismanagement in further process and I had my interview after 6:30 pm. It will be wrong to call it an interview, as it was just a room with 15-20 people left for their interview after 6 pm, who were made to write a few java codes and sent off. This round was straight ahead marked as interview round 4. Few candidates randomly had aptitude tests(which in the end had no significance) and others were just left waiting around. The interviewers were now so frustrated that they took this interview just for namesake. Staff kept coming in during the interview and there was NO SYSTEM, NO ORDER left anymore for almost all the candidates for Selenium. Worst Experience.
