There were no unnecessary rounds. The interview was easy for a fresher.
Although even for a non-technical role they kept an IQ test. I didn't really find necessary but I was glad I cleared it. There were 3 rounds in total where my reporting manager and the project manager each took one interview to check if I knew basics of excel, powerpoint and other computer skills.
C’était un entretien très rapide et assez simple ; après environ un mois sans nouvelles, ils m’ont recontacté et j’ai ensuite enchaîné immédiatement deux entretiens supplémentaires avec l’équipe de recrutement interne.

Primo colloquio con HR conoscitivo poi colloqui con senior hr e con il manager di progetto. Questo colloquio più tecnico soprattutto riguardo la posizione che ti viene presentata nell'offerta lavorativa
