From morning 10 am to 5 pm they conducted interview i clear the 3 rounds of interview for the Selenium and java Testing , interview was good but basic question of selenium and java they are asking.

It was scheduled on a Saturday and was a Video Interview . Firstly, when they expect the candidate to turn On the camera the interviewer should also On his side of Camera which did not happen. Secondly, the entire Q&A session was good took about 30 minutes and at last when I asked the interviewer about the role and responsibilities that i will be handling if I am selected as I was very sure that all my answers were correct then the interviewer was answering in a very timid manner or if I may say he was saying it like somebody is forcing to him to take the interviews. I can name the interviewer here but I don't want to drag anyone down. Then the last thing is about the HR Recruiters they have no professionalism at all, I mean if u are associated with a Big Company like CAPGEMINI then you should follow the etiquettes properly. I have been following up with them on email about the final result but no response from their end, also I only did the follow up because one of the HR had called me up after the interview was over and said that I am selected and she has to discuss the salary with the management and get back soon. My biggest concern here is be it a big or a medium firm the HRs should diligently do their jobs of communicating with the candidates and keeping them aligned about their results and should not leave the candidates clueless. This is very disappointing and was not expected from a big MNC like CAPGEMINI.
