Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Capgemini (Bengaluru) en ago 2012
Entrevista
First was a paper based Aptitude Test having 3 sections - Verbal Ability (20 questions), Quantitative Ability (15 questions) and Logical Reasoning (15 questions). After clearing this round, there was a technical online test on any one technology - Java / Dotnet / PL-SQL. Once clearing this round, there was one interview which was Technical + Managerial. I was asked questions on Java as I took the online test on Java. After clearing this round I was hired. No HR round was held for me.

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.
The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
