Classic interview process: Online Application with some questions on the choice of role in the company, short telephone interview and finally the assessment centre in Woking which included a group case study session and a separate strength based interview with a manager at the firm.

Describe a client facing situation in which you were under pressure to manage a complex situation/under pressure/defending your position to the client who may in fact be in the wrong.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.

2 interviews, 1 behavioral, which was very casual just describing yourself, and the other technical, they give you a scenario and they ask you what would you do, for example how would you come up with a solution for a keeping track of cars in a parking lot
