Entrevista
I was hired through Campus Recruit Drive. The first step was Aptitude test which was one hour long. Questions were general Maths and English questions. Next round was Group Discussion. Each group had 10 members. After clearing this round, next round was face to face interview and this was the final round. Most of the students were asked behavioral questions though very few were asked technical questions.
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.

1st round was easy C programming and some C concepts
2nd round more about projects and some complex coding.

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.
