First stage screening rather than an interview, they only asked three question out of a selection. They use this to shortlist to a proper interview. Not sure they read all the CV's and use the recruitment agency to make suggestion of who to interview and then they filter again. The process isnt that clear

1. Screening round. Lot of situational base question 2. 3 technical round - Domain, Architect, Project management question 3. Hr round - Discussion on Empathy leadership 4. waiting period 2 weeks after every rounds 5. Final offer
