They contacted 5 times in a day to schedule the interview. But after interview all HR persons absconded. They never answered in single email communication to know results (even after 10 days). You have to keep nudging. There is a dedicated helpline email to handle such people. If one email to that then they say email slipped etc (some silly excuses) and reply. They ask all salary slips, PAN/Aadhar as work proof even before scheduling interview. This is strict breach of privacy. If they ask before granting the job offer it is ok. But they ask such things well before and say with out these they can not organize the interview. It is pure mafia mindset. They take pictures of you etc with ID card during interview. They need to avoid these things. Very slow interview process. Approximately 2 months. First they reach out in Naukri/ LinkedIn then they make candidate fall in their recruitment process.
