It was of 4 rounds,
1st was PowerBi dashboard , few questions where you have to use DAX ( Simple-Medium Level)
2nd was written test, 10 PowerBi questions (Medium - Hard Level)
3rd was F2F round with PM - Asked various scenario based question
4th was virtual with VP - It went smooth like a conversation

My experience with Capgemini's interview process was very structured and candidate-friendly. The interviewers were polite and focused only on the skill sets mentioned in the job description.
The questions were mainly from my domain - QA, SQL, requirement understanding, and Agile methodology.
Most topics were standard and easily available for preparation online, so if you know your basics well, the process feels very smooth. Overall it felt more like a discussion about real project work rather than tricky questions.
