Entrevista
The Interview was not very technical as I did not know coding. They asked me about myself and whether I knew what the Job Profile was. They also asked why I had chosen one profile over the other as they had come with 2 profiles for Campus Placement.
They even explained what I as an Associate Consultant would be doing for the next 2 years in the company. They were looking for people who could give honest answers and explain themselves in a better way. Those who did that were taken in mostly.

Tell me about yourself. What is the job profile and why did you chose this?
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.

2 interviews, 1 behavioral, which was very casual just describing yourself, and the other technical, they give you a scenario and they ask you what would you do, for example how would you come up with a solution for a keeping track of cars in a parking lot
