A few interviews, just explaining your motivations, CV and explaining why you wanted to change. The interview process was smooth and somewhat quick, taking roughly two to three weeks to be concluded. An all around light atmosphere and not very technical nor demanding.

Hice una primera entrevista con RRHH donde te cuenta un poco sobre capgemini y el cliente que vas a ir. La segunda fue con el manager del proyecto y por ultimo, con el cliente que es el que decide la contratacion. Despues hicieron la oferta formal de trabajo.
