It took three round but process taking two to three weeks. We have two technical and one management round. First round with some technical person and next round with PM, then some management person

I had to travel to Milan without any refunding, to be then interviewed by opinionated people. It was more than obvious that they were interested only in how much cheap would have been my payroll. They clearly admitted that my previous wage, already low, was too much, then they spent the most part of the interview by describing their internal methods and business models without asking me anything about techincal skill or previous experience. They also didn't ask for any of the major soft skills and personal attitudes.
