The interview process was very thorough; I had 4 interviews in total, 1 interview with a capco Ops Manager, and 3 interviews with senior Managers from the client account I will be working on. My recruiter, Hashim, was very helpful and kept me fully informed throughout the process, and although there was 4 interviews, the whole process was quick and smooth.
