The company is good overall. The main person was reasonable and knowledgeable which was my onsite interview. It lasted 90 mins when it was scheduled for 30 mins. Then I was expected to have a phone interview with 3 team members. Only 2 members called me from the NYC office.
One was technical and other was non-technical and I assume a PM. The interview last for an hour and I must admit, I was shocked with the type of questions from the technical person asked for the position I was applying. I felt I was being asking questions from a CISSP text book, chapter by chapter. Next, the non-technical person was a waste of time and asked me questions which were completely irrelevant to the position I was applying. I wondered who hired him!
It's disappointing that both these two loonies has no idea how to conduct interviews. I never say negative things from my interviews as I understand each company has a process. I was extremely disappointed with these two individuals but the company is good and has a name in the financial industry.
