Assessment day, consist of 3 stages.
Basic introductory stuff about what the company does.
First stage: Individual interview.

Entrevista
About 3-4 round interview, Very standard questioning about previous experience and situational questions to determine workplace and culture fit. Everyone through the process was very polite. I completed the final-round interview and then was given the run-around for almost two months afterwards about the position despite saying they would like to hire me. Company seemed great aside from that, I would have rather received a rejection than wasted my time waiting on their response.

4 interviews finger print and drug test. It was overall positive and professional. You might have to interview with a client. Overall took like a month, fast responses. Interview with ceo
To the point. Not too many questions as this was a very specific project with no experience needed. Was offer the job the next day. It was a 1:1 not multiple rounds.
