Hr called me and scheduled telephonic interview but I did not get interview call at specified time.After rescheduling multiple times at last I got call from interviewer but he was not sure what to ask.He just asked to explain project details and did not ask anything technical. After that I didn't get any response from them.
The 2nd round interviewer showed zero preparation and followed a rigid routine without discussing actual projects.
I observed unprofessional technical wording and skills, along with a clear lack of respect for the interviewee. Additionally, he/she kept dodging questions regarding the position.
Overall, a highly unusual and negative experience.
