Entrevista
The interview was easy. Consisted of a reading test, spelling test, accuracy of typing, and good pronunciation. I passed everything with flying colors and they declined me without a reason. The interviewer stated I was not what they were looking for. Pure bull. I suggest that you pretend that youre dumb in order to get this job.
I filled out an Application on site which had the average questions and asked about your availability days and times and someone talked with me same day gave a

Entrevista
Typing test, Voice recognition test, and general 1:1 interview questions. Nothing too difficult. Be ready to answer for how you react to feedback, strengths and weaknesses, and ability yo concentrate and pay attention in a noisy, fast-paced work environment.

Does have an "impromtu" test in front of the interviewer
Always hiring, so you can apply any time
Flexible hours within your time window, but it is important to request your shift at that time- it's hard to request a change later
(i.e. moving from night to day, especially early on)
