- They outsource their interview process to you, if you were to let them ask you 1 question instead of yourself talking for a full hour, you will be deemed "not autonomous", "didn't lead the interview" etc. - The interviewers do not introduce themselves, so you shouldn't expect that. If you keep your expectation of their manners to 0, you'll be fine - I asked the engineering manager that interviewed me, why he chose to join canva, he told me he is still not sure whether that was the right decision - this was the dealbreaker for me right there
