We're really sorry for the experience that you had. We always endeavor to get feedback to candidate whether the call went well or not.
Unfortunately, in the hustle and bustle of dealing with a lot of applicants, mistakes can sometimes be made.
Have you checked your Spam messages? We've had situations where email services will send the technical challenge to Spam. This results in applicants reaching out one or two weeks after the initial call wondering why we haven't sent it -- when in fact it's been caught up in the spam folder.
If there's nothing in your Spam then please reach out to the recruiter you spoke to originally. I'm sure they'd be happy to revisit and figure out what went wrong.
