Very smooth process with quick turn around times. I felt the structure made sense to allow them to assess whether I'm suited to the role but it also benefited me greatly as it allowed me to understand the kind of work I'll be doing in my role and if Canva was a suitable fit for me. We were very well informed of the structure and questions that were going to be asked which I greatly appreciated as I had not experienced the same benefit with previous roles. Knowing the format of the final interview helped with my preparation and allowed me to do a better job during the interview.
