Very long and complex process. +5 interviews, personality traits tests, technical tests. In the end. They just send you a cold email without empathy or explanation to tell you that they are no longer interested with your profile.

I started with a written interview, which took me three pages to complete. This was followed by four additional interviews with a UX team collaborator, the UX team leads, a developer, and an HR representative. The process was quite lengthy for a junior position.
